Extended Loan Request

  • Extended Loan Requests may be made for up to one quarter.
  • Quarter long requests should be submitted by 2nd week of each quarter.
  • Extended Loan Requests may take up to 5 days to be processed from its date of submission.
  • Loans over quarterly breaks: only applies to students working on year long projects with the confirmation of their Faculty. Student must submit an extended loan request by Wednesday of Evaluation Week for check outs over academic breaks (Media Loan is closed during quarter break and holidays).
  • Students must provide proof of paid tuition and registration for the following quarter when requesting equipment over an academic break.
  • Submitting requests does not warrant automatic approvals for current checkouts. Please call or contact staff in Media Loan (Library 2502/04) to renew equipment until your request is approved and checkout renewed to the new approved date.
