Marketing and Communications Project Intake
We review project requests every Tuesday. Once reviewed, we will get in touch with you.
Some helpful tips to keep in mind:
- Know your event date and other critical deadline information.
- Give us as much notice as possible. Most complex print projects will need 2 or more months so we can fit them in.
- If you’ll need sponsor logos, plan to collect them well ahead of time. It always takes more time than you think it will. We can advise you on which file formats to specify.
- For ads, provide specifics such as required measurements, ad due dates, publication contact information, etc.
- Provide the basic copy: (who-what-when-where-why) for your project.
Marketing and Communications begins most projects with a strategic kick-off meeting with you, where we will discuss your audience and what you want them to do.
