Media Workshop Request

Work order requests should be submitted as early as possible, but no less than two weeks before requested date.
Priority will be given to media-centric programs and/or requests submitted by Week 5 of the previous quarter.
Please review these guidelines for more informations on how to plan workshops and proficiencies with the Instructional Media Coordinator, Ashley Williams.

Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg png bmp eps tif pict psd txt rtf html pdf doc docx odt ppt pptx odp xls xlsx ods xml bz2 dmg gz jar rar sit tar zip.

This will help us decide if we need to schedule a different room more suited for the workshop(s).
For an efficient learning experience, workshops are limited to 25 students per workshop. We will divide larger programs into groups, and repeat sessions as needed.
