Orientation Form - Spring 2017

New Student Orientation is designed to support new students and their families as they transition into the Evergreen community. All new students are expected to participate fully in all aspects of orientation. Please complete this form to sign up for your orientation session.

You will choose from one of these options:

  1. Wednesday, March 8, 2017 (11:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
    This is the option that will be most informative for new students because it includes attendance at our quarterly Academic Fair. The Academic Fair is an opportunity to speak with faculty members who are teaching during the following quarter. It is a great time to meet faculty, learn more about your options, and get faculty signatures if they are required for registration.

    Check-in begins at 11 AM and students should be checked-in no later than 11:45 AM. Meals are not provided as a component of this program but light refreshments will be served.

    Tentative Schedule:
    11 AM - 12:00 PM | Check-In and Resource Fair
    12:00 PM - 1:45 PM | Information Sessions: Joining the Evergreen Community
    2 PM - 3:45 PM | Student/Faculty Workshops
    4 PM - 6 PM | Academic Fair

  2. Saturday, March 11, 2017 (8:30 AM - 1:15 PM)
    This is the option is designed for students who can't attend during a weekday. The Academic Fair is not an option on Saturday but you will still be meeting with faculty during this session.

    Check-in begins at 8:30 AM and students should be checked-in no later than 9:15 AM. Meals are not provided as a component of this program but light refreshments will be served.

    Tentative Schedule:
    8:30 AM - 9:30 AM | Check-In and Resource Fair
    9:30 AM - 11:15 AM | Information Sessions: Joining the Evergreen Community
    11:30 AM - 1:15 PM | Student/Faculty Workshops

  3. Other Options
    If you are unable to attend one of the above options, please submit this form and provide contact information so that we can discuss other options with you individually.
